Job summary

Valeo Service is looking for an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in Seymour, IN. You will guide the industrialization of Headlamp or Tail lamp products from project acquisition to production, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in embedded process and/or assembly, preferably in automotive.
• Knowledge of equipment development process from specification to industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of the product from project award to production launch.
• Collaborate with CAD designers and R&D for manufacturability.
• Conduct equipment validation and train manufacturing teams.
