Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Operations Program Management Specialist (Principal Production Operations) for Rolling Meadows, IL. You will lead cross‑functional teams across program offices, engineering, supply chain and mission assurance to drive manufacturing program success.

Role requires 5+ years in PM or related fields, MRP experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. The position offers a broad benefits package and integration with a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s with relevant experience in PM, Supply Chain, or Business Management
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or projects
• MRP experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Interface with Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Mission Assurance on manufacturing programs
• Oversee proposals, production planning, and execution of manufacturing programs
• Monitor cost, schedule, performance and quality issues
• Represent Operations in contracts or programs and coordinate with senior stakeholders
• Develop and maintain production tools/metrics including Excel macros
• Ensure compliance with company objectives and obligations
• Monthly reconciliation of Sales Order WBS to MRP WBS for accuracy
