Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree (preferably in Engineering or STEM)
• 5 years of professional engineering experience in manufacturing and highly regulated environment, or Master’s degree plus 3 years, or PhD plus 1 year
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (ERP) in manufacturing preferred
• Experience with lean manufacturing and PES principles
• Ability to obtain government Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures and layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling
• Develop machine layouts and sequence of operations for production
• Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts to optimize manufacturing
• Ensure processes comply with regulations and SAP S/4 Hana / MES Solumina usage
• Support cross-functional teams with production planning and supply chain
