Job summary

Moz Designs, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operations at the Livermore facility. The role reports to the Plant Manager and drives safety, efficiency, and cost goals while building high-performing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading Lean initiatives, developing workforce capabilities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to execute strategic priorities and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• 3+ years leading supervisors or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operations to deliver safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives to improve safety and efficiency.
• Develop budgets, monitor costs, and support capital projects to improve profitability and customer service.
• Build and develop supervisory and frontline leaders, ensuring workforce readiness and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Sales to achieve business goals.
