Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking an Operations Manager to provide leadership across a key manufacturing operation and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee engagement. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leverage Lean and CI methods to elevate plant performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field.
Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
Strong Lean and CI experience.
Proven coaching and development abilities.
Improvement of productivity, quality, capacity, and costs.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
ERP experience; SAP is a plus.
