Qualifications

10+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success managing large manufacturing operations (150+ employees).
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Quality Systems.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations for Utility Body Components, including delivery schedules, builds, assembly lines, paint, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with OEM specs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for plant operations across stamping, welding, assembly, paint, material handling, quality, and SOPs.
Lead a diverse team of production staff and supervisors; recruit and develop talent.
Drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain zero-defect standards.
Oversee safety and environmental compliance and lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
