HEXPOL Compounding Americas in Dyersburg, TN is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to provide supervision and guidance to the overall production process and personnel. You will ensure the production schedule is met and collaborate with multiple departments to satisfy customer needs.

The role requires seven years of leadership in manufacturing and a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, with strong ISO familiarity.

Qualifications

• Seven years of leadership experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read safety and operating procedures and follow ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to production personnel and address performance management and training.
• Ensure production schedules are met and coordinate with different departments.
• Oversee planning and scheduling, inventory control, and material flow to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with buyers, schedulers, and customers on process changes and quality issues.
