Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Production Department in Statesville, NC. You will ensure day-to-day execution, safety, quality, and on-time deliveries while coaching shifts and driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor Associates, manage scheduling to meet production and shipment goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. Travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Five years’ production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Three years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Excellent cooperation and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise designated shift and act as technical resource.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Direct performance reviews for Associates and scheduling to meet production plans.
• Promote and drive Lean Manufacturing principles across the organization.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to reduce variance and improve processes.
• Travel to other HEXPOL locations or customers as needed.
