You will oversee Production Supervisors, Line Leads, and manufacturing teams while driving Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, ensuring schedules and customer commitments are met, and partnering with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing in a high-volume environment.
• 3+ years leading supervisors and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple production lines.
• Develop staffing and workforce plans based on capacity needs.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement throughput improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Present performance and risks to senior leadership.
