Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in operations management within manufacturing.
• Record of process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and schedules.
• Develop and implement operational policies to optimize productivity and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and line workers.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and quality to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
