As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team of supervisors and line workers, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely materials and deliveries. A strong background in lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
