Qualifications

5+ years manufacturing ops experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record implementing lean manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of safety regs and quality mgmt systems (ISO 9001).
Budget management, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
