Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality metrics.
• Experience leading production teams and supervising supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and schedules.
• Develop and implement operational policies to optimize processes.
• Manage departmental budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams of supervisors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics for timely material flow.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
