• Oversee daily operations to meet production goals and customer commitments.
• Manage performance via metrics, planning, execution, and data analysis.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, HR, Engineering to meet objectives.
• Lead safety initiatives, reviews, problem solving, and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial and production objectives.
• Utilize data, digital tools, and AI to support decisions and productivity.
• Build culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
