Job summary

GALE Pacific seeks a leader to manage the Master Gardner custom roller shade manufacturing operation in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule. You will drive production, implement lean processes, and align with planning, sales, and IT to meet lead times and KPIs.

Responsibilities include documenting procedures, leading change projects, and developing training programs to boost productivity. Occasional travel and compliance with safety standards are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related work experience
• Experience in a supply chain environment with manufacturing, inventory control, and transportation is required
• Strong project management, organizational, numerical, analytical, communication and networking skills

Responsibilities

• Structure operations to achieve operational KPIs.
• Document operating procedures and develop training programs to improve productivity and cut waste.
• Lead change projects and act as a culture builder.
• Provide input to support budgeting and strategic planning.
• Manage production orders by customer to ensure accurate and timely manufacturing and shipping.
• Act as liaison with Planning, Production, Sales, Customer Service, and IT for coordinating custom blind operations.
• Analyze production data to track KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Travel weekly to Spartanburg, SC to conduct audits and align with on-site leadership.
