Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations, including scheduling machines and departments to meet project timelines.
• Supervise and coach Supervisors, Managers, and hourly staff; coordinate activities across plants.
• Drive process improvements and cost control within the manufacturing budget.
• Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery; monitor KPI metrics.
• Oversee maintenance activities and safety programs; coordinate with maintenance team.
• Support upper management in planning, staffing, and training.
