The candidate will lead all production employees, enforce safety standards, and apply LEAN manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement. The ideal applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and have at least 5 years of senior leadership experience in heavy manufacturing. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 plus a bonus.

Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week

Compensation: USD 125,000 – 150,000 + 10% Bonus

Job Overview

The Plant Operations Manager will lead all production employees, processes, and day-to-day plant operations. This role focuses on maximizing equipment utilization, improving labor productivity, enforcing safety standards, and driving continuous improvement using LEAN manufacturing principles. The position partners closely with the Plant Manager and department leaders to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and operational excellence.
