Responsibilities include leading Tier 1 production meetings, planning daily targets with the Line Centric Organization, driving root-cause analyses, and coordinating PM activities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 3 years of manufacturing experience in a highly automated environment.
• MA/MS with 1 year of manufacturing experience in a highly automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve key operational and functional goals related to Safety, Quality and Delivery.
• Mentor line associates and promote an EO mentality on the production floor.
• Lead Tier 1 production meetings and coordinate the Line Centric Organization.
• Plan and oversee daily targets and CILTs; update Primary Visual Display targets.
• Ensure timely root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support PM execution and communicate results to leadership.
