Job summary

Jobot, a leader in beverage manufacturing, is hiring for an Sr Manufacturing & Operations Leader in California. This on-site role oversees five production lines, drives CAPEX projects, and partners with maintenance, engineering and automation to deliver safety, quality and efficiency.

You will shape short- and long-term plans and mentor a team of manufacturing leaders. The position emphasizes overseeing capital improvements, achieving high performance, and driving continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years experience and 4+ years of leadership.
Alternative: HS diploma with 11+ years experience and 6+ years leadership.
Strong beverage or food manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with CAPEX projects and automation equipment.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Lead CAPEX projects to improve capabilities, safety, and performance.
Develop and execute 1-year and 3-year business plans.
Lead production across five lines: bottling, canning, blow molding.
Partner with maintenance, engineering, and automation for reliability.
Support launch and ramp-up of new facility toward 24/7, three-shift environment.
Establish manufacturing metrics and monitor performance.
