Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Operations Management, or similar.
• Experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or a comparable leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, resource allocation, and operational process optimization.
• Confident command of production KPIs, machine utilization, and budget handling.
• Leadership, coordination, and communication skills to guide teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved methods, procedures, and tools while ensuring budgets and resources are managed as agreed.
• Define local processes and production targets for the assigned segments and keep performance aligned with KPIs.
• Coordinate optimal machine utilization and product scheduling across related production areas.
• Develop and roll out production plans, making sure resources are allocated effectively to support daily operations.
• Lead the assigned segments as well as Team Leaders, production teams, and shift structures with clarity and accountability.
• Continuously improve production operations to increase efficiency, stability, and overall output.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of production priorities and local standards.
