Job summary

JCB North America seeks a Bilingual Training Specialist to oversee classroom and hands-on training for new hires and existing staff at our Pooler, GA site. The role focuses on manufacturing training, safety, and equipment instruction, including forklift and JCB equipment.

The position requires strong English/Spanish fluency, minimum two years of training in manufacturing, and the ability to manage records and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Training Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of Heavy Equipment Experience.
• Must speak both English and Spanish fluently.
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Run & Coordinate New Hire Orientation Efforts
• Facilitate New Hire Training for Manufacturing Employees
• Facilitate Forklift (PIV) Training for New & Existing Employees
• Facilitate JCB Equipment Training New & Existing Employees
• Conduct New Hire Follow Ups for each employee within their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd week
• Conduct SOP/Training Audits to identify Training opportunities
• Facilitate Annual Safety Topics as Needed
• Maintaining Training Records & Compliance
• Other duties as assigned
