Job summary

Debbie's Staffing is recruiting for a Production Manager for our client in North Attleboro, MA. This role leads all manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production supervisors and manufacturing employees, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, on-time delivery, and effective use of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Manage production schedules, workflow priorities, staffing, and resource allocation to meet customer commitments.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, SOPs, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze production KPIs, implementing corrective actions and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to support smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory control, equipment maintenance, facility utilization, and vendor relationships.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and initiatives that improve capacity, efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
