The Manager, Manufacturing is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing operations including associate training and development, monitoring and growth of a Quality Management System (QMS), P&L responsibility, continuous process improvement, cost savings, cultural development and growth, inventory control, supplier/vendor relations, and internal/external customer service and satisfaction.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5 Years
5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility required
Experience supervising a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment required
Knowledge of laboratory operations, equipment, workflow and procedures, and quality systems required
Ability to read and comprehend complex, English instructions, correspondence, and/or memos as well as the capacity to write similar correspondence relaying opportunities or findings required

This role is compensated on an hourly basis. The expected pay range for this position is $82,000, based on factors such as experience, skills, and role requirements. Actual pay within the range will be determined during the hiring process and in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
