Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience required; equivalent combos considered.
• Internal candidate preference to minimize onboarding time and to provide immediate value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary global point of contact for SRV Digital Manufacturing Operations strategy.
• Align regional SRV operations with global strategy and maintain standardized production workflows.
• Lead strategic digital transformation projects, bridging legacy systems with new enterprise needs.
• Develop scalable manufacturing solutions and mentor regional engineers across sites.
• Translate trends into high-level plans; present updates to leadership.
• Document global projects and standardize procedures per quality and change guidelines.
