Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a seasoned PLM Leader to drive end-to-end PLM system services across engineering, manufacturing and IT.

You will manage a global PLM IT team, ensure data integrity, and align initiatives with business goals while promoting Plexus Core Values. You will collaborate with ERP, MES, CIM/CAM and other enterprise systems, oversee vendor relationships, and lead change management, cybersecurity, and talent development to deliver measurable improvements in product lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in PLM preferred.
• Hands-on experience with major PLM platforms (e.g., Agile, Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia).
• Deep knowledge of product data management (PDM) practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive PLM service excellence by managing configurations and data integrity.
• Oversee integration of PLM with ERP, MES, CIM/CAM and other systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and quality teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT and business processes for efficiency.
• Oversee vendor relationships with PLM providers and roadmap alignment.
• Lead talent development, succession planning and coaching for the team.
• Uphold cybersecurity posture, follow policies, train and report incidents.
