Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressively responsible manufacturing leadership experience with multi-shift operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, cost, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operating plan execution and align staffing, materials, equipment, and capacity.
• Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing operations and capital expenditures.
• Drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Build leaders, coach teams, and ensure effective performance management.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
