Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations Management or related field.
• 6–10 years of leadership in multi‑shift manufacturing operations.
• Experience in safety, quality, productivity, and cost controls.
• Ability to develop leaders and succession plans.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assume overall responsibility for execution of the manufacturing operating plan and coordinate with product development, engineering, production planning and scheduling, and external manufacturing resources.
• Set operating priorities and ensure alignment of staffing, materials, equipment, capacity, outside contracting, and facility needs.
• Lead manufacturing leadership and support teams to resolve operational issues and meet business objectives.
• Identify risks to the manufacturing business plan and develop mitigations and corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
• Develop workforce plans and succession planning for critical positions.
