HireLifeScience in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Production Manager to lead our 1st shift onsite in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning to meet production schedules, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, workforce planning, and a track record of improving efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules, customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved.
Establish clear operational expectations and hold production leadership and employees accountable for performance, quality, safety, attendance, productivity, and adherence to policies.
Develop staffing plans, labor requirements, shift structures, overtime, and workforce allocation to support production needs.
Partner with Planning and Supply Chain to establish production priorities, manage capacity, and address constraints affecting delivery.
Monitor and manage KPIs including output, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, throughput, and on-time delivery.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, waste elimination, and efficiency.
Ensure ISO 13485 compliance and audit readiness in collaboration with Quality.
