Job summary

Life Science Outsourcing, Inc. in Brea, CA seeks a proactive Production Manager to lead our cleanroom operations. You will own the schedule, direct the team, and partner across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet commitments and quality standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a regulated environment, with Lean, 5S, CAPA, and continuous improvement driving on-time delivery and cost targets. On-site work with a focus on safety and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive manufacturing with 3+ supervising direct reports.
• FDA-regulated, ISO 13485 medical device environment preferred; strong quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly production schedule across cleanroom centers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement using Lean tools.
• Direct production teams, coaches, and staffing in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 documentation.
• Serve as production SME in audits and customer reviews, maintaining strong relationships.
