Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Tempe, AZ seeks a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a regulated medical device environment. This role requires driving production plans, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and on-time delivery while developing a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, experience with ISO 13485, and a track record of continuous improvement. This is an onsite, 1st shift, full-time position in Tempe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering required.
5–7 years progressive manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across production staff.
Manage staffing, shift structures, and labor requirements.
Collaborate with Planning and Supply Chain to set priorities and address capacity constraints.
Monitor KPIs like output, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
