Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and fabrication shop floor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role leads Supervisors, Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers and aligns work with company procedures and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations and a strong background in Lean and OSHA safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and production workflows.
• Working knowledge of Lean operational principles including 5S and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and operational activities across assigned teams.
• Ensure all work processes align with company procedures, operational guidelines, and industry standards.
• Plan and manage workflow and operational goals while maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Monitor team performance and address operational challenges to maintain productivity.
