Job summary

WESA LLC in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Operations Manager to own customer orders, production coordination, inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment. This is a hands-on role in a small, growing manufacturing company.

You will work on the floor with production, maintain Fishbowl and QuickBooks records, and drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in manufacturing, order fulfillment, inventory or supply chain.
• Strong computer and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small-business environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production to meet daily schedules and customer orders.
• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and records in Fishbowl.
• Manage inventory accuracy and supervise counts and reconciliations.
• Oversee purchasing, forecast material needs, and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate order fulfillment from receipt to shipment and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as internal Fishbowl and QuickBooks expert and ensure data integrity.
• Lead ISO 9001 documentation and assist with audits and process improvement.
