Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support daily manufacturing operations by monitoring process performance and addressing issues.
• Develop, document, and maintain work instructions, process flows, routings, and standard work.
• Analyze production data to identify process improvements (scrap, cycle time, downtime).
• Implement changes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• Assist with process setup, trials, and documentation for new products or processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methods.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Identify waste, reduce scrap, minimize labor inefficiencies, and lower costs.
• Champion kaizen events and monitor improvement metrics.
• Maintain documentation and provide operator training on improvements.
• Oversee capital project initiatives from equipment selection to startup.
• Prepare ROI analyses and technical specs for capital requests.
• Coordinate with vendors, Maintenance, and Operations for commissioning.
• Support process validation, capability studies, and acceptance testing.
• Update process docs reflecting capital project changes.
• Ensure alignment with internal quality systems and customer requirements.
• Support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Integrate safety, ergonomics, and risk mitigation in design.
• Support internal audits and documentation reviews.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
