Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a machined component manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment preferred.
• Supervision and management experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and manage all manufacturing/production processes and personnel.
• Ensure efficient production quality and on-time performance.
• Monitor and report shop labor efficiencies.
• Manage improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
