Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with operators, supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand plant operations.
• Participate in Daily Management System (DMS) activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and operational challenges, then develop practical solutions.
• Analyze issues and develop solutions that enhance safety, quality, productivity, or efficiency.
• Collaborate to evaluate and implement process improvements.
• Lead or support improvement projects from identification through execution and presentation of results.
