Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control the division's Operations function including manufacturing, Material Management, Sourcing, Distribution, and Product Engineering.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe, productive workforce.
• Develop and implement capital improvement budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing/sales to roadmap products and estimate costs for new products.
• Drive Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to improve efficiencies and capacity.
• Monitor OTIF and lead time, communicating issues to the commercial team.
• Develop operations policies and collaborate with HR on policy compliance.
• Build a high-performing team to enable growth of the MIND business.
