Laborup is seeking a hands‑on Business Operations Manager in San Jose, CA to oversee daily financial, administrative, and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with leadership to keep business operations running efficiently and implement improvements across departments.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Experience in business operations, office management, accounting, or manufacturing administration.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management, purchasing, production planning, or scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments and with senior leadership.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of daily operations.
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial reconciliations.
• Support payroll processing, employee time tracking, and related administration.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records within ERP and accounting systems.
• Coordinate inventory tracking, purchasing, work orders, and production‑related activities.
• Assist with production planning, scheduling, and operational coordination.
• Track budgets, expenses, financial performance, and key business metrics.
• Support leadership with reporting, analysis, and business planning.
• Manage customer communications, vendor relationships, and administrative requests.
• Oversee general office administration, documentation, and employee‑related needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
