Job summary

North American Stamping Group is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to support new manufacturing processes and projects at the plant level. You will ensure tooling and welding processes perform at expected levels and contribute to assembly, stamping, and welding operations across NASG facilities.

The ideal candidate has five years of stamping or related field experience and five years in manufacturing engineering, with CAD, PM systems, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English required.
• Five years stamping or related field experience required.
• Five years Manufacturing Engineering or related experience preferred.
• CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new manufacturing processes and projects at plant level.
• Ensure tooling and welding processes meet quoted rates and performance.
• Develop process and production preparation plans for new components.
• Create assembly instructions and work instructions compliant with IATF16949.
• Support automation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of welding and stamping processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem solving to prevent nonconformities.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and management to meet milestones and budgets.
