Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to Operations, including scheduling meetings and filing.
• Manage communications and route information to leaders.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for production and compliance.
• Prepare production reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Support training, safety meetings, and event coordination.
