Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is hiring 3 team members to learn hands-on binding production on high-speed equipment. You’ll gain on-the-job training and become proficient in operating machinery used to produce books, catalogs, and printed materials.

No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. You should be mechanically inclined, able to follow instructions, and reliable, with a high school diploma or GED. You’ll work on a fast-paced floor and contribute to a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Proud of delivering quality work and dependable for team-based production.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have experience operating machineryin any industry(manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team
• High school diploma/GED.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
