You will lead onboarding and training at the facility, coordinate with coaches and the core team, and track progress. English/Spanish bilingual required; proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train individuals and groups.
• Experience providing instruction or training is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming onboarding environment for all members.
• Plan and facilitate onboarding and training in various settings (1:1, small, large groups).
• Ensure new members have knowledge and skills to work safely and on the floor; reinforce procedures.
