While this program is tailored to the member, generally, you will complete 5 rotations over a 24-month period, being exposed to a variety of experiences within cross-functional areas of focus. Some potential rotations include Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing including Harvest, FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, or other possible areas.
Each rotation offers robust assignments highlighting the functional areas’ value and impact across Johnsonville. During the program, you will complete a Lean Six Sigma certification.
At the successful conclusion of the career development program, participants will be placed in a Johnsonville role based on the participant’s strengths and the needs of the business.
