Johnsonville is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to lead the Holton site, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will drive performance, coaching, and accountability while aligning with company strategy and cross-functional teams across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years in operations leadership with meat-industry experience, overseeing multiple departments and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

Education

• Minimum of 5 years of meat industry or food commodity experience preferred

• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance and legal issues relevant in the industry

Other Requirements

• Travel: Less than 10% of your time
• Responsible for oversight of all 3 shifts. Ability to visit those shifts on a frequent basis.

Benefits And Compensation

Salary Range: $120K-$155K per year.
