Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Mechanic Manufacturing I to repair and maintain our production assets in a Sandston, VA facility. The role emphasizes timely response to equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and safe operation.

You will follow SOPs, read blueprints and diagrams, and work with electrical, pneumatic, Hydraulic systems. Prior PLC experience and 1–3 years in plant maintenance are preferred. Training and mentorship are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) required.
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and blueprints preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines following manuals and specifications.
• Locate and repair machine malfunctions; troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment; follow procedures and safety rules.
• Track parts usage, complete work orders and keep maintenance records.
• Assist production to keep lines running efficiently.
