Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Mechanic ManufacturingII in Charlotte, NC, to repair and maintain all assets in the production facility. You will respond to equipment breakdowns, perform planned and unscheduled work, and help improve production efficiency while maintaining safety and organization.

The role requires reading SOPs, using tools, and applying technical knowledge to ensure the line runs at top efficiency. Strong troubleshooting and PLC experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of work experience or 2 years of college/technical training in a related field.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant equipment; perform preventive maintenance on motors, tools, conveyors, and production machines.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and complex process problems.
• Observe and follow SOPs, instructions, and safety procedures; monitor equipment performance.
• Complete paperwork and work orders for maintenance activities; manage inventories of parts and supplies.
• Make design improvements to enhance production efficiency.
