The Schedule

This position follows a DuPont schedule —work 14 days and be off 14 days during each 28‑day cycle:

• Week 1: Four night shifts, three days off

• Week 2: Three day shifts, one day off

• Week 3: Three night shifts, three days off

• Week 4: Four day shifts, seven days off

What you’ll be doing

As a Manufacturing Material Handler, you’ll help keep production moving by:

• Moving and tracking materials throughout the facility

• Using inventory and ERP systems—SAP experience is a plus

• Operating forklifts, cranes, and production equipment

• Following safety and quality procedures

• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized

• Supporting different production teams

What you’ll need

• At least one year of material‑handling experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience with forklifts, cranes, or similar equipment

• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures

• Reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
