Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor output volume and quality and adjust to meet specs.
• Review operations records, yield, scrap, and costs.
• Manage employee performance including safety and attendance.
• Foster high-performance teams and positive relationships.
• Contribute to new processes, tools, and equipment development.
• Ensure safe operation of machines and equipment.
• Develop and operate within budget.
