Trane Technologies is hiring a Focus Factory Leader in Columbia, SC to direct Sheet Metal Fabrication operations. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, supervisory preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge; Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
• Strong planning, problem analysis, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Sheet Metal Fabrication Focus Factory.
• Set operational priorities and drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead salaried and hourly teams, building capability and accountability.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, HR to align resources.
• Champion Lean initiatives and capital projects for future growth.
• Coach employees to improve performance and maintain safety standards.
