You will develop production metrics, coordinate logistics, and ensure safety compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior management experience in manufacturing.
• 5-8 years of direct related experience in manufacturing and quality management.
• Familiar with quality inspection supervision and product source inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations related to manufacturing.
• Develop and track metrics for production process improvement.
• Coordinate production with material planning and shipping logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
