Job summary

Prince Industries, founded in 1959, is a global manufacturing partner with seven U.S. and China facilities. The Manufacturing Manager will lead manufacturing resources, drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement while reporting to the General Manager.

The role requires strategic oversight, quality system compliance, and a safe, productive work environment. Keys responsibilities include directing operations, coordinating with scheduling, engineering, and QC, and mentoring leaders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a management capacity.
Knowledge of engineering processes, manufacturing accounting, modern quality systems, and ERP.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100, or TS 16949 certification processes.

Responsibilities

Directs all manufacturing/engineering operations for the facility and coordinates production with scheduling, engineering, and quality control to optimize production and resource use.
Oversees departments including CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Long Line, Secondary, Deburr, ID/Assembly, and Engineering/Programming.
Drives process improvement through Lean/Six Sigma to improve manufacturability and efficiency.
Mentors department leaders on reporting, performance reviews, on-time delivery and scheduling.
Participates in strategic initiatives to maintain market share and profitability.
